Yesterday I saw two Canadian gay bears sitting outside a casual restaurant in the Castro, waiting for their meal.

I could tell they were Canadian by their matching red t-shirts that said CANADA on them.

I almost wished them a Happy Canada Day. But then I realized that would require me to converse with them. And I don’t like talking to people.

So I just mentally wished a Happy Canada Day.
