In fact, Sec 21 becomes invalid in just that case.

As a #landlord myself, it's extremely rare that a landlord would evict a good tenant.

Getting rid of #Section21 would NOT prevent landlords from increasing rents on existing tenants - that's called #Section13 and nobody is talking about that
