The breach occurred in late November, but wasn't discovered until Jan 5th.
Data stolen includes Address, Phone-Number, Date-of-Birth.
Passwords and PIN numbers appear safe, but the investigation is ongoing.

<< From what I've seen with my current employer, it usually either corporate espionage or revenge. Either way, the individuals carry out the acts carelessly and get sued without it being public.
