Oh man, I don't know if you ever watched a Majority Report on YouTube and then YouTube autospooled another Majority Report vid where #Seder just cheerfully reams a libertarian and then the algorithm just starts playing every vid of every time Seder cheerfully reamed a libertarian just one after another and you're all "Dear lord, how many of these can there fucking BE?" but it's like a series of many car crashes and you can't look away, but if you haven't and you do, yeah, that us what happens.

Have you ever invited people over for dinner and then prepared a meal you knew would be so terrible you considered telling them to eat before they came over? Really disappointed that the “White House #Seder” which was actually presented as a pre-recorded webinar didn’t have anyone check the audio before pressing play, so all of the music was completely unintelligible.

today's the sixth annual #PrideSeder hosted by a local group that I'm sort of associated with (this is my 2nd year on the Pride Seder committee*)

I've already eaten breakfast and taken my morning meds ... I'm planning on showering before the #Seder, and I need to look over the readings I volunteered to do

*I learned about it last year and I wanted to make sure the #Haggadah was as #GenderNeutral as possible

The above was our exact conversation at #Seder. We are having the same discussions that #Jews in 1930s Germany had. Those that fled found life in America and elsewhere. Those that sat and had a “wait and see” attitude, perished.

Cooked dinner for ten people in forty minutes.

Kind of forgot how much ten people can eat, but four of them are under six years old and two of them are sick, so it worked out.

Community #Seder was actually quite enjoyable and I got to sit at a table with people I know — and like! Who wore masks! The food was good, too. No burnt-taste #matzoh in sight. PLUS our community is attracting and keeping more #nonbinary people, and it is just an absolute joy to be one of many now. 💜

Last night I watched #ThePrinceOfEgypt with my 4-year-old as part of #Passover I think she really got something out of the #Seder this year because she said “Why is he (Pharoh) being so mean to us?”

Had a nice #seder with my parents the other night. My family alternates years between my parents and my husband’s parents so next year I guess it’s back to Tampa and from the Reconstructionist #haggadah to the Maxwell House Haggadah.

The ad-hoc #Passover #seder went well ^^

I used a combination of PJ Library’s “15-Minute Family Haggadah” and Wikipedia to help things along. The actual dinner was roast beef with potatoes, onions, parsley, and rice.
