@turion Yes, it's a wet paper towel in a container which could be any old plastic container or lid. I fold over the paper towel to cover the seeds & put the whole thing in a plastic /biodegradable bag so that it doesn't dry out. Should be no need to water again after the inital few hours of soaking. Room temperature or next to a radiator is fine for most but with chillis & aubergines I put them in a propagator so that they are at a constant warm temperature.
