As always, this version has not gone through the full restoration process, so it will look a bit rough compared to the old, fully edited one.
But with this rescan, the colour values and shadow detail, as well as overall fine detail is improved quite a lot.

I didn't really get my #PSX until #FinalFantasy7 was released for it, but I had a #SegaSaturn since their surprise launch in the USA. So I really never played #Tekken, I was deeply into #VirtuaFighter. So I've gone back and played #Tekken2 and #Tekken3 as I recall those being compared favorably to VF at the time and OMG they are so far behind what #Sega was doing at the time. Tekken 2 particularly. Tekken 3 at least looks nice. But neither feels nearly as deep or fun to play as VF2 or FMM.

Great video on a not so great "game".
Still, it's one that should be remembered for the curiosity that it is.
Somehow there's very few info about it online, at least in English.

I have been making a concerted effort since I got my new computer to make myself play fighting games via #NeoGeo and #segasaturn and #segagenesis so that bit by bit over time I can actually learn the strategy of the medium beyond button mashing.

It is not going well so far, but I've gotten to see the first 3 or 4 levels and nothing more of a number of titles lol #retrogaming
