aka Is white #TowsonUniversity determined to get its way, #MorganStateUniversity (and Black people and sticking to agreements) be damned?

Why can't Towsonites take the course at Morgan? Mechanisms exist to permit it. What's the problem? Are they trying to avoid people?

Looks like the #SegregationWall still exists in #Baltimore and #Maryland, even if the literal one was torn down...
