Portland winter wonderland. Snow on top of a layer of ice is a super slick situation. Add a steep hill and the street becomes a parking lot. These cars are completely blocking the street, abandoned wherever the drivers gave up. Behind these are a few more cars spun out into rock walls, hedges, and mailboxes.
