Employees who learn how to manage themselves and build out components of governance from ground up are likely to be more successful. Sure you need a certain level of buy-in from the top, but that's really all you're going to get. Is your group missing roles and responsibilities? Build them out and establish a cadence to update and support those roles and responsibilities regularly. (Currently reading "Holacracy" by Brian J.
