Peanut M&M's are so yummy, but eating them makes me feel lethargic and depressed, which makes me lose interest in healthy food so I just eat more Peanut M&M's, and end up feeling more lethargic and depressed.
I've never used illicit drugs of any sort, but I wonder if this is a hint of what being a meth addict is like.

I had a bit of a thing yesterday where I was convinced that my ADHD wasnβt real and I was instead subconsciously trying to sabotage my life.
My super wife was so understanding and helped talk me down.
Itβs so messed up that even after an official diagnosis Iβm still paranoid that there something more going on. Even when my behaviour is totally consistent with whatβs typical for ADHD brains.
