Today's #fettisdagen in #Sweden and it's traditional to eat a type of baked goods called a #semla. I made some (all very ugly) in the airfryer.

I absolutely love the pastry Semla! It is also called fastlagsbulle since it is connected to the fast leading up to Easter. I love to try new versions, me and my mother also bake and try different recipes and fillings.
This is my first semla of 2023! Bought at Bröd & Salt, lactosfree! (All their pastries are lactose free). This was the small (!) size. I liked the hole nuts in the filling! They also have a pistachio version, but the normal (large?!) size. #sweden #semla #pastries
