I recently started using Sengi on Arch Linux, and I just discovered today that it automatically divides long texts into the necessary number of individual toots, as it continues counting the accumulated characters.

If I “star” something in #Tusky, it often doesn’t show up in the web interface or in #Sengi, and vice versa. 🙄

I like the way threads are shown in #PhanpySocial and #Sengi .

i LOVE all of them's design of their UIs.

I like Phanpy's and @elk 's way to translate posts.

I'm looking for a #linux and #android #mastodon client with supports for lists and 'unread status' (like twidere used to do). Currently using #sengi which is great but lacks this unread feature.

My main Mastodon client is a self-hosted #Sengi.

For some time I have experienced that the avartars in the feeds of one of my accounts only shows broken images. A forced reload (whatever Ctrl-Shift-R does) fixes it, so not a big problem.

Recently I migrated to Firefox and was curious about how much uBlock Origin blocked. Apparently it has been blocking a lot of my self-hosted Sengi.

Now I know, then I can finally fix it.

I have an issue with #Sengi ATM: the "media-viewer" element shows below the columns, meaning that I can't see/interact with media.
The same happens with the "meatball/falafel" menu on posts (to copy link, etc).

When I check the CSS, though, their z-index is supposed to be 9999999, so I'm not sure what's going on... anyone has had a similar problem? I'm using #Firefox 116 but this has happened from time to time in older versions (though not that often)

I just figured out how to use lists on #Mastodon and holy excrement this is useful. Combined with #Sengi's multi-column display and I get a sense of how people can keep up to date with a #SocialMedia feed while also holding down a full-time job.

Testing @sengi_app devel branch with multi-language support. This might definitely become my new prefered desktop client since I can have several accounts seamlessly displayed at once.

Missing the @rolle Bird UI treatment though. Hmm.

Ich finde Sengi schwierig, weil man nicht weiß, in welchem Account man sich gerade befindet und welche der Spalten was gerade anzeigt (es fehlen die Überschriften). #Followerpower

Nevermind, I deinstalled Whalebird and am going to stick with #Sengi for a while. It has a 'slow mode' that doesn't continuously reload content. Exactly what I need on my desktop.
