I found some used 75W bulbs on Amazon for about $30 a piece but they got cancelled ๐Ÿ˜“

I just want some durable bulbs that don't cost as much as a AAA video game on launch day!

Nearly all my bulbs have burnt out, so I thought I'd just buy name brand but FFS ; $170 for four 75W bulbs!? I own cheaper TVs!

@greppy aside from bulbs, I'm a fan of bulbs. The color ones don't do so great with white light compared to their daylight white bulbs, but otherwise, they're great.

The plugs should act as mesh repeaters (a good thing). I've got some innr ones, but might go with ThirdReality since they claim 15A instead of 10A.

@greppy I went for a bit of a hybrid approach after one of the first times imploded, which was cloud-centric. All my is primarily handled by a Elevation (the older C-5), with most interior lights handled by a hub, mostly because it predated most of my current hardware, that talks to the HE.

The lights are a mix of A19 ("normal" E-26/E-27 bulbs) and BR30 ("recessed") lights. Exterior bulbs are all lights.

@mhamzahkhan The ones I bought are from and yes they say they do on the box. I haven't installed any yet and honestly don't have my set up to give me much information about that (I got half way through a tutorial and never finished).

Recently built a based rain gauge base on this article: community.home-assistant.io/t/ and using a open / close sensor.
For those with battery-powered devices and cold winters (Iโ€™m in ), should I bring it in for the winter or will the battery be okay in cold weather? I donโ€™t expect weโ€™ll get much rain the remainder of the year, but I did mount it on top of our pergola, so Iโ€™ll have to bring out the ladder againโ€ฆ
