Time flies... 😢

Today at 10am I will be at the chess board and play my 9th and last round game in the Senior's Cup at Lake Tegernsee 🍀♟

Meanwhile, I often think that a day without chess is a lost day... 🤔

He played f4 prematurely, before castling, and this won me a central pawn, messed up his pawn structure, made his King stuck in the middle and gave me a big initiave, finally leading to a mating attack.

I have 4/8 now. That's quite ok for me...

So in my current Chess tournament, the Senior's Cup at Lake Tegernsee, 7 rounds are played. I have a score of 3/7. Not really overwhelming... One win, two losses, four draws.

So I had a really bad start into my chess tournament. It was literally an opening catastrophe with White. I had to play against a Modern Defence, and played it so badly that I was totally lost by move 14 😳
