@MineralCup #sepiolite for its use on stone conservation, removes impressively many types of hard dirt with very low impact on the surface.
First time I saw natural elemental #mercury was a microscopic cinnabar sample with tiny drops of mercury held onto it by surface tension, that silver drop over the scarlet cinnabar was amazingly beautiful. However today for #MinCup23 I'm going with #sepiolite because of its historical use at making pipes. I'd definitely had gone for cinnabar though.

Alrighty, #mercury vs #sepiolite! Obvious chaos merits: it's gonna be mercury.
That said, the fact that sepiolite's primary use has been for carving tobacco pipes out of... for like three or four centuries? That's badass. (See also meerschaum pipes, y'all.)
But ah, mercury. Mercury, that can absorb thru the skin! Mercury, that can poison you thru the fish you eat! Mercury, alchemists' darling! Mercury, scientist's toy! #MinCup23
