…the guy who targeted a Buffalo supermarket because he wanted to kill Black people, etc. Extreme hate kills, whether it’s by using planes as missiles or any other weapons. Some think extreme hate is justice or to cleanse society, but has that happened?

Has it done anything except continue the cycle of hate & agony? And are the victims responsible for anything? What did the 9/11 victims have to do w/corrupt leaders in the Middle East & the Israeli-Palestinian conflict?

At this time, every year, I get this sinking, haunted feeling. It will never go away and that feeling is pretty much part of my very being, and everyone else who was old enough to remember that day.

If someone born after 9/11 would ask me why we should remember this day, I’d say because it shows what obsessive hate & loss of rationale can do. We see it now w/ shooters like Dylan Roof, the one who killed 11 people at the Tree of Life synagogue in Pittsburgh…

22 yrs ago today, I had boarded a morning flight from Milwaukee to NYC. We sat on the ground for far longer than normal and then the pilot came on and told us there had been an incident in NYC and we had to deplane.
