Dallas’ police oversight office is investigating four officers caught on video laughing about a #disabled #military #veteran who urinated on himself after he was denied access to a restroom at a Deep Ellum restaurant.

The #Dallas veteran, Dynell Lane, told oversight members two uniformed off-duty Dallas #police officers working security at #SeriousPizza refused to review his medical paperwork around 2:15 a.m. June 10 after employees said he couldn’t use the restrooms.
