@Masteroflords1 as Indians (or those who grew up in Indian culture) we have way too much pressure to be toppers of our class or amongst peers and that leads many of us to ideation. It made me miserable when I was climbing out of an unrelated PTSD. So I try to preach this as much as I can. #seriouspost

@Masteroflords1 cross your tees and dot your eyes. Do the best that you think you can put in SUSTAINABLY. Check in weekly with your supervisor to see how you’re doing. Ask them what qualities their full time hires had and try to ape them to your abilities.

Stick to YOUR best and not someone else’s best. If you can’t match another persons higher performance, DO NOT stretch yourself and accept a lower ceiling. Nothing wrong with that and we are not all Einsteins.
