In yesterday's meeting, there was a great discussion on #UniversalHealthCare, #PrimaryHealthCare and #ServiceDeliveryNetworks. While the Universal Health Care Law is an important policy, it is difficult to implement in the #Philippines.

Prior to the 1990s, the health system in the Philippines is under the central authority of the Department of Health (except Phil. General Hospital which is under UP but still govt owned), from primary care facilities up to tertiary hospitals.
