So I've been an employee of the #ServiceDesk for my current organisation for about a year now. This was the first week where I took the lead in the remote support section. So taking the remote control sessions on #Bomgar after the initial call had been taken. So nothing too complicated, Profile Resets, #Outlook Issues, #CiscoAnyConnect issues etc.
