So tonight I just got #rice, and tossed in the large handful of #kale that the neighbor picked me from her front yard about 3 hours ago, and tossed in a pile of cherry #tomatoes of various shapes and sizes and colors, and smashed the tomatoes, then tossed in the rice and some sesame oil because it tastes so good with just #sesame oil and now I have the best #dinner ever.

Was helping serve bagels to the school band after today's parade and had an allergic reaction even with gloves on. Throat went dry, nose started running, eyes were tearing up.
I've never had that happen before so I'm wondering what caused it. I thought it might be the bagels but now I'm wondering if it was the sesame seeds.
Again, I didn't eat any of the bagels or the seeds. Weird.

Sesame seeds got added to the list of reportable allergens on food labels. Instead of instituting proper cleaning/disinfecting (credit to McDonald's for actually doing this) a long list of major bakeries and burger joints started ADDING sesame flour to their breads.

But companies have found a legal workaround to simply removing sesame from their products., I call it a loophole. Still the three major markets in my area, all of their name brand bread products contain sesame.
