Last night, I had a lot of fun running #BlazingHymn by #PeachGardenGames for my group. The game runs really fast and allows you to act out all your anime mech pilot dreams.
I talked more about it on my blog:

Last night, my table was looking for a game to play, and settled on Supernormal, a one-page RPG from Ursidice.
It was a great time, and this is a game I would love to run again. I'll be printing it off for my GM Binder. I've written more about my table's experiences on my blog.

It was crazy, chaotic fun. Definitely one I want to play again.

Just finished a game night where we ran a #OnePageRPG called #Supernormal by Ursidice (https://ursidice.com/). It was a huge blast, and I can't wait to rant about it more in longer form.

Last week I put up a blog post about some of my earliest experiences DMing. Part Two to that focuses on my running #Shadowrun for a group based out of my local comic shop when I lived in Michigan. It was my first experience running for a group open to the public.
Includes one of my favorite #TTRPG stories about the time my group said "No not doing that" and I had to improv a whole session

Last weekend, I wrote about some of my first experiences DMing in college. There were only a few campaigns, so I kind of squished those into one post.
I'm looking at continuing with the GMing I did at a store where I ran multiple organized play campaigns, playtests, and some home groups on top of that. I feel like breaking stuff down by system makes more sense there.
I'll probably start with #Shadowrun
Any specific genre of GM stories from the table people like?

I found a bunch of my old notes on an old hard drive which got me thinking about the games I've run since I started GMing in college.
That was a little over a decade ago, so I figure it's better to split it up into parts based on which group I was with.

Part 1 is based on the experiences I had as a brand new DM with my Seattle group, never running the same system two campaigns in a row.

I mentioned the lethality of the critical hits in my group's playtest of the #13thAge Playtest here right afterward, but I wanted to write some more about the experience.
We had a lot of fun running Blood and Lightning, even if the Bubbly Cleric of Darkness and the rogue who was the son of the Diabolist both died.
We can't wait to play again.
