Finally printed with real TPU and could attempt a grip ring for my sewing machine. Previously I made them for two other machines with cylindrical wheels, but this one has a wide edge, so significant stretch is required to go over it.
It's a bit wide though, can't bring myself to cut such a lovely print, so I'll change the model and reprint. Meanwhile it can be worn as a bracelet ;) #3dPrinting #sewing

Good morning, lovely people! Walkies achieved, despite going down a block after I took this picture. On the book today is: another convo with the contractor, projecting and tracing the jumper/pinafore dress that could be part of a capsule (hey, Americans, when a designer tells you that you can just print out an A4 pattern on US letter sized paper, don't believe it). Oh yeah, I'm almost finished with another Hemlock hoodie dress, just the hem and sleeve cuffs.

After much ado, the outseams are done up and felled. Zack the Pfaff was being *fussy* about the tension with this Mara 30 thread. I’m gonna have to go back and hand pick the area around the bottom of the hip pocket attachment. No amount of shimming the foot was able to keep that stitch as straight as I want when it goes over that inner seam. #sewing #MenWhoSew #ElfkinLaunch #lgbt #artist

Today was going to be a#FallFinishAlong day - I was going to cut out the fabric for a dress, until I realised I didn’t have enough fabric. Plan B was to cut out the fabric for a jacket but I hadn’t got very far when a friend arrived and we all went over to the pub! So plan C will be to start again tomorrow. #sewing / procrastination
