🎧 April, 1984 | My first trip to Hollywood (from DC, home) was to pitch Columbia on my new service—distributing their EPKs via satellite vs. FeEx-ing 3/4" cassettes to 100s of stations. Green light! I went for a late lunch at a non-descript, mostly-empty bistro in Burbank. A minute after I was seated, Stewart Copeland walked in alone and sat at the next table. #SexyMF—my first celeb-sighting.
