The last image was from a different storm cloud (different shade of colour as well from it's strikes) later in the night which was passing by on a strong breeze.

After a hot morning/afternoon, the evening squall was intense but not near enough. At least there were some CG (Cloud to Groud) strikes, which seem to be more prized (than CC - cloud to cloud streaks) among fellow local lightning connoisseurs.

Am not a professional stormchaser like those overseas folks appearing in documentaries. If there is an actual stormchaser job here locally, hook me up! 😆

Do you know about the Blood Moon today? (Singapore). Happening around 6pm onwards, visible unless blocked by rain/storm clouds.

Just heard it on the national radio, got an image from #SGStormTrackers chat group.

There was plenty of lightning earlier, got home late; everything stopped. Now waiting for more....shooting scraps at faraway storm clouds over Johor.
