#WillemDafoe is in talks to reunite with #TheLighthouse director #RobertEggers on his new #Nosferatu film starring #LilyRoseDepp, #BillSkarsgard and #NicholasHoult. Dafoe, however, will not be playing the titular vampire -- he played the role in #ShadowOfTheVampire, earning an Oscar nomination in the process -- he will be played by Skarsgard instead. Watched #ShadowOfTheVampire tonight, one of those "are they a vampire or aren't they?" movies where you're trying to decide if the monster is just 'human nuts' or actually of the Supernatural.
As always with the Vampire story it's as much as the human monsters around Nosferatu that enable, in this case John Malkovich's very John Malkovich film director, on his quest for authenticity.
Willem Dafoe thoroughly enjoys himself as the Undead.
