After the Witch king says no man can kill him, Éowyn removes her helmet to reveal her identity and proclaims, “I am snow man.” The Witch King leaves the battlefield hurriedly to get counselling to understand the difference between sexuality, gender identity and winter traditions. This caused the Battle of the Pelennor Fields to be won as a result of uncharacteristic empathy on the part of the Witch king and a misspelling on the part of the script writers. This was later re-shot to the version you see in the final film. The snowman was not credited in the final or extended cut. #ShaggyDogStory

There was this little swallow fluttering around the somewhere in the northern USA. It was an Indian summer. The winter snows were late so the swallow just ignored the flock when they took off to fly south for the winter. Until a week later the unseasonable autumn warmth ended. It got very cold very quickly. So the little swallow started the migration south. But the northern wind was bitterly cold and the poor bird began to freeze and dropped to the ground. It was nearly dead when a cow wandered past and dropped a pick pile of steaming shit on the creature. The little guy started to warm up and pretty soon he was feeling good again so he/she started to sing and chirp. A cat passing by the meadow heard this chirping and hunted down the bird, got it out of the shit and killed it.
The moral of the story? Firstly, somebody who puts shit on you is not necessarily your enemy.
Secondly, somebody who gets you out of the shit is not necessarily your friend.
And thirdly, if you're warm and happy in a pile of shit keep your mouth shut.
