What amazing #customerservice! I bought a copy of Colin Jones’ Paris: Biography of a City at #shakespeareandcompany while in #Paris last spring.
Thoroughly loved the book but I got to the end & 40 pages were missing.
I emailed the #bookstore, offering to buy another copy or asking how the publisher could send a pdf of the missing pages.
They shipped me a new (complete) copy for free. Wow.
When in Paris, shop here.
When dealing with customers, when possible, delight them beyond measure.
