Shades of last spring in Shanghai today.

Tried place an Aldi order but got the result: "Yes you can order online, but you'll have to collect from the store later. No deliveries."

Went to an alternative, Epermarket. Order placed ok. First delivery slot, Saturday 24th. (They're normally same or next day).

I thought they weren't being locked down any more.

I finally have some coffee again. It may only be Nespresso, but it's way better than the instant that I've had to drink for the last 3 weeks.

For 2 weeks before lock down, my barber was in quarantine so I've been overdue for a haircut for 7 weeks now.

Today, I relented and let my wife cut it.

I'm pleased to say she did a fine job and I don't need to request an extra couple of weeks lock down.
