Ah have been on many of the #Development journeys detailed in that article. It's always something just over the horizon we run to but never reach our #ShangriLa. Just as we master one thing and get it solid and stable it's "oh that's out of date do x, y, ,z instead". And we're back to debugging new things again. It never ends.

All wines by Ian Dai, who is exploring grapes and styles in Ningxia, Yunnan, Hebei and beyond, and best-known for his brand Xiao Pu aka Petit Garden.

Dai has a strong focus on minimal intervention wines. And also brought a cider he made.
