Finished the rest of #Shantaram. I feel like they could've fit the whole book into one season if they'd tried. Pacing is all over the place in TV shows these days.

Watched Apple TV Shantaram, Charlie Hunnam’s drama set in 80’s Bombay. No second season, as it’s been canceled. The finale was filmed before the series was shutdown, so it’s not a satisfying ending. I haven’t read the source novel, but this story rambles through Bombay corruption in all directions, a sort of love affair, and a look inside the slums of the city. I can see why it was denied another season, in spite of a competent cast. #shantaram #AppleTV #charliehunnam

#Shantaram è stato cancellato da #AppleTVPlus ma nell'ultima puntata finisce con "To be continued", si come no? Continua. E lo cancellano perché ci sono stati pochi spettatori. Non dico che sia una bellissima e fantastica serie TV, ma si faceva guardare per almeno una seconda stagione. Hanno prodotto #serietv spazzatura come #ThirteenReasonsWhy, certo non Apple, ma Netflix però il concetto non cambia. Se non è spazzatura allo stato puro è difficile piaccia, o meglio, nulla è scontato per nessuno

Just finished watching #shantaram on #appletv . What a great show. End with a to be continued but I just found out Apple is canceling the show. What a damn disappointment. One of the best #tvshows I’ve seen in a while.
