Not far out of Cartagena, this cozy shanty town by the sea features more freedom and own property away from the city horrors of living in rented apartments stacked on top of each other.
Most buildings seem to have a gravity water storage tank and solar panels. The seafront ones have jetties, some with small boats moored in front.
I bet it's a nice community. This looks appealing to me, although other cruisers were literally horrified by it. Weird.
