if you share an office place with other people, I'd be curious to here on what you agreed on regarding online meetings, phone calls etc. do you have time limits, are all the calls outside the room, do you use noise cancelling phones? seems as if post-covid(-policies) brings about one major change, there are a looot more online calls here and the noise level is higher.
