We finished filing two more #ShareholderResolutions for our members at #Alphabet. One asks for an independent assessment of the Board’s oversight of material risks to public well-being. The second is in its 2nd year and asks for a human rights assessment of Alphabet’s plans to establish a regional data center in #SaudiArabia, managed by S. Aramco. The Saudis placed spies on Twitter’s staff to spy on their opposition - this hands them the keys! #ShareholderActivism
