Feeling emotional. I’ve just walked to the train station & it brought back memories. Before transplant, I had to stop 5 or 6 times in that 1/3 mile. Today, I can stride there in one go & then climb the station stairs ❤️#forevergrateful to my donor. #shareyourwishes #organdonation
