I took this opportunity of my monthly death cold to try to make my own, adapted from a crispy oven-fried fish recipe. Mine came out a lot crunchier, but they were surprisingly good! Does anyone else meal prep for the week? I started doing this three weeks ago and find it gives me more time in the evenings and is helping me eat healthier. I have a family member who also preps; we swap meals so we don't become bored.
This week's meal prep is
Sheet Pan Chicken Thighs with Sweet Potato and Broccoli. My house smells so good!
