The Corporate Transparency Act will target anonymous #shellcompanies.
The bill will require that the true, human owners of companies formed in the U.S. disclose their identities at the point of formation and upon any change—effectively banning anonymous shell companies. Currently, the U.S. is the easiest place in the world to form an anonymous shell company that can be used for money laundering, crime, and corruption.

The most insightful #economists worked out a while ago that #moneyPrinting leads to the people closest to the freshly-minted money getting all the benefits (see #CantillonEffect).
Yes, #corporations are being handed trillions. And yes, they are taking everything private with #blindTrusts, #shellCompanies etc, and yes #neoFeudalism's being rolled out in earnest since about September last year - possibly since #1915?
