Rabbits, like most beings, take a hot minute to get used to each other. My buddy Hex was adopted this summer after being at a rescue for six months. He was only about 9 months old. He was scared, had food insecurity, and attacked his new brother, our established rabbit Mystic, even though they had a positive meet n greet. Today he is brave, curious, & progressing as we try to get him to eventually cohabitate with Mystic (bonding.) Hope to be as resilient as he is some day. #rabbits #shelterpets
