Lots of changes going on within the Sherry Council (Consejo Regulador) including the expansion of the Sherry Triangle, an area that, until now, was the only place that sherry wines could be officially produced, aged and bottled. The new expansion includes 6 more towns, which is good news for the producers, but it does leave us in a bit of a quandary as to how to refer to the region now. The Sherry Anvil? 🥂
