I think what I want to add to make this possible is to make a list of personality types that influence how the units act, similar to Tags or Adjectives.

Then a list of Escalations like in Xeno Dead Zone which is similar. #xdz

However, my Tag list is turning out odd, but I need to add mechanical outcomes but not so much the game is completely different.
