For some reason thougth about Nutty from Happy Tree Friends, preaty sure he'll do anything for candy... and Shifty seems like someone who'd take adventage of that. :bloblul:

#shifty really blocked out nicely. Still a slim fit, but no longer looking like a sausage skin.
I actually quite like it.

The problem is only: I started the darn thing two years ago to finally get rid of two balls of #Zauberball self-striping yarn. Then I had to buy more in a contrasting color (all used up). And now I still have 120 g of the original colorway...

So I washed and dried #shifty the way I care for all my handknits. The stitches relaxed beautifully, and the sweater is quite wearable now.

Done! After more than two years, I finished #Shifty!
Still wondering if I should rip out the neck ribbing and remake it in blue instead purple.

All in all it looks better than expected. I was never sure if I would like the finished sweater, it is very ... loud ... but I am pleasantly surprised.

Nevertheless, the fit is terrible. Wrong size, but also too many stitches over the chest / not enough stitches for the arms. I understand the pattern was altered for a better since I started. #knitting
