Interestingly, the #sideEffects subsided a lot, suddenly, in the space of about an hour.

I mean, I'm not back to 100%, but a hell of a lot better than I was when I woke up. 😅

Got my second shingles vaccine shot yesterday and today all I can say is “ow, my bones.” Exactly the same reaction I had to shot 1, body aches that are manageable with otc pain reliever. If you’re over 50, especially if you have chicken pox as a kid, check into it. I’ve heard shingles are the opposite of fun. #GenX #ShinglesVaccine #Shingrix #GetVaxxed

Woke up in the middle of the night feeling feverish and like I had the flu, but I felt better by the morning.

2nd shot is supposed to completely wipe one out. We'll see how it goes in a couple of months....
