@geffrey so it's probably not these books called Flow that i own but it sounds like one i really need to get. i'm so glad i saw your post!
the thing similar to "channeling ratatoskr" in that book is called "shinkansen" or "bullet train thinking" (screenshot of the #shinkansenEffect overview)

so which Flow book are you talking about :) as a student of aikido and reiki practitioner i am endlessly shown parts of the big picture and it's awesome.
