Having just a little fun as I think of my local kami and the ways my region has its own energy. I live in horse country and our little town is known for horse and carriages. So I was thinking about how a local kami might come across.

Looking into the color differences, black horses in Shinto represent rain or the need for rain. While white horses represent the sun. And we definitely need the rain.

These are definitely torii. They're a shinto thing, but also a common sight in Buddhist temples.
