#Paizo is sending a replacement #shipment for my recent damaged #Pathfinder1e shipment and I'm now worrying that it's going to get damaged too. It'll probably be fine--I'm probably being irrational--but I won't feel good about it until it is in my hands.

When I order in the future, I will try to order enough to justify the shipment coming in a box rather than a flat envelope.

I contacted #Paizo customer support about my damaged #shipment. They're sending me a replacement for the damaged #Pathfinder1e book and a substitution for the one that was wrong and now unavailable. (I requested substitution over refund.)

The rep offered to add the OoP book's PDF to my account, but I have the PDF already. He decided to give me some store credit instead.

Assuming no more issues, I'm about as happy with the resolution as I can be without getting the book I wanted/ordered.
