A sign went up (and came down again pretty quickly) to highlight the water quality 'issues' at Martlesham Creek in Suffolk. Everything else about the story is not good news, but I think it's important that the failings of government and services like the water companies should be made obvious. Especially when it's done with some wit and panache.
