#shocktober continues tonight with "Dead of Night," directed by Bob Clark. Clark did "Black Christmas," a great horror flick, but he's better known for his other Xmas flick, "A Christmas Story."

I just watched a random puppet horror movie as part of #shocktober viewing, "Head." Pretty eh. There was puppet sex, which seems like a prerequisite for puppet movies that aren't muppet movies.

It's played for laughs but I don't think I've ever found it funny except in Avenue Q. Maybe there's something about film that flattens out the humor, or maybe Avenue Q is just that good.

Guess I'll need to see Happy Time Murders to compare.
