Lt. Angela Martine was also in "Balance of Terror". She was the bride who was to be married at the start of the episode.

Btw, while McCoy got a revival scene at the end of this episode, Angela, who was killed by the WWII warplane and revived at the end of the episode did not. She just showed up in the background in one of the final scenes.

Here is a link to @TrekUntold’s interview w/ TOS composer Gerald Fried (who recently passed away at the age of 95).

In addition to composing the score for “Shore Leave” (e.g. Ruth's Theme and Finnegan's Theme), he also composed the music for “Amok Time” (including the famous battle music), “The Paradise Syndrome”, “Catspaw” and “Friday’s Child”.

It’s an interesting listen.
