Damn this book is so good. Great short stories, with a wonderful range and stretch, focused on Black women with southern roots figuring out family, sexuality, beliefs, cobbler, and crab boils. What a great collection. Highly recommended as an absolutely delicious, funny, sexy, beautifully crafted collection of powerful and individual voices and lives.
