Oh look, a new void I can scream these PSAs into:
1. If your company has less than 50 employees within a 75 mile radius, you do NOT qualify for FMLA.
2. You can’t request Short Term Disability until you’re already gone, and you’ll use PTO for weeks waiting for eligibility and pay.
Most importantly, NEITHER are suitable for maternity leave. We deserve better.
